Installation and programming of robot declassifier of pallets.

The robot automatically picks up the designated pallet from the master PLC of the installation in one of the 6 tapes of pallets in different formats and moves it through the air to the palletizing area located 30 meters away, transporting it to 5 meters Height to avoid interfering with the rest of the installation. Automation made with SIEMENS PLCs and SEW drives, with redundant position control via encoders and Sick laser sensors, and communications between equipment and the rest of the plant using Profibus.
